Lee Rodman is a Colorado Springs native, born in what is now Penrose Hospital, in 1954. He graduated from University of Colorado with his B.A. in 1981, Magna cum Laude and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa International Academic Honor Society. He graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 1984, joining the practice of The Law Offices of Allan F. Asher that year and becoming a partner shortly thereafter. Mr. Asher’s practice dated back to 1948 in Colorado Springs. Upon Mr. Asher’s death, Mr. Rodman continued the practice to this day.
Mr. Rodman describes his approach to the practice of law in this way. “The goal of my practice is to work with each client to efficiently and effectively address his or her legal issues or questions. Each client has different needs and goals, and the strength of legal services provided by this firm is to carefully evaluate those needs and goals, analyze alternatives to obtain them, and to resolve the case or address the needs in a way that meets the highest standards.
My extensive background in real estate and business transactions, estate planning and probate procedure gives me broad experience with which to advise clients. My lifetime in and familiarity with the community are assets that assist me in choosing the right resources for assistance and determining how to ‘cut through red tape.’ We are proud of our status and history in the community and are committed to hard work and attention to detail; we are proud that our clients stay with us for many years and each time they have a need for legal services feel that they receive the attention and results desired in an efficient, professional and economical manner.
